7th Annual iPhone Photography Awards 2013 Winning Photos

Apple’s iPhone is one of the best camera smartphone and is widely used. iPhone is a serious camera among smartphones and it is the top most used Camera on Flickr. IPPAWARDS, is an annual iPhone Photography Contest among worldwide users of iPhone. Users from any region are allowed to participate in the contest and three winners are selected.

This was the 7th Annual IPPAWARDS and the photos submission date ended on March 31,2014. If you don’t know about the awards, here’s short description from their site.

iPhone Photography Awards™ (IPPAWARDS) is the first and the longest running iPhone photography competition since 2007. IPPAWARDS has been celebrating the creativity of the iPhone users since the first iPhone has inspired, excited and engaged the users worldwide. Since then every year, IPPAWARDS has selected the best shots among thousands of images submitted by iPhone photographers from 38 countries around the world. Winners are selected by the jury members in several steps and The Photographer of the Year prize awarded. All winners are published online and will be part of The IPPAWARDS Interactive Annual series of books on iTunes.

This isn’t an ordinary contest as the prizes are 16GB WiFi Apple iPad Minis and 16 Gold Bars etc. The photos submitted by users were so good that you won’t be able to tell the difference if it is captured with an iPhone or an expensive Camera. Third-party camera apps like Hipstamatic, CameraBag etc but it is not allowed to enhance the photo with softwares like Adobe Photoshop.
