Lotus C–01 superbike is stunning work of design guru Daniel Simon, the designer whose work can be seen in movies like Captain America, Tron Legacy. I am sure most of us have seen concept bikes that look uber cool, but Lotus C–01 is not only a prototype now.
Kodewa which is led by Dr Colin Kolles announced that superbike prototype is now road registered and has been granted a license to build the motorcycle.
“The design process of the C–01 was a labour of love – there were many challenges – ensuring that the bike not only touches your visual senses with its timeless blend of classic appeal and modern execution, but that is safe and ergonomically sound was critical to me. We have worked hard to create a motorcycle with very distinctive features such as a clean main body, an extremely low side profile, a bold stance, a unique air intake, logical partline solutions and clean graphics.” — Daniel Simon
The best thing about the Lotus C–01 is its unique structure and the modern look. The colours schemes used in these bikes make them look outstanding.
